Hey everyone, Well, I guess this is my last post. I'm a little sad, but I've really enjoyed getting to see what all of you guys were doing at your jobs/life in general. Today is week 2 of everyone here working back in the office, although we are working in a staggered schedule so we are not all here at once. Its definitely a breath of fresh air to be working here again...well fresh enough from behind this facemask at least. My workload has picked back up to pre-quarantine levels which is great too. One project I've been working on for the  majority of the last couple of months, is a residential development handbook for Avery island. We are working with Susanne Turner Associates, who have been doing the writing portion, while we develop the book layout, graphics, and recommendations. Here's a little sneak peak of some of the things I've personally done (just don't share in case I get in trouble ;-) ) I have been tweaking this site section of the island,

Hey everyone, Max mentioned writing a last post for our internships, this certainly has been an interesting experience. I defiantly learned a lot during this internship, but I've learned a lot about myself while being isolated for the past 60 days alone. I plan on staying and working through the summer, here are some illustrative plans of three villages in a massive planning project, these are at 1"=200' scale. I put a hillshade on adjacent parcels to show topo instead of the contours making the illustrative cluttered and ugly. I've been keeping myself busy with outdoor activities. went camping a couple weekends back and probably will again this weekend.    These were taken up near Red Feather Lakes. I hope everyone has a good summer and stays safe!

Hey everyone, Everything is basically the same over here. I am going to start applying for other internships. The Botanical Gardens and parks that you have to pay to get into are starting to open up. Tomorrow we are going back to Baton Rouge for mothers day. I cant wait to lay out by my parents pool all day! When I come back my brother is coming to visit and we are gonna go hiking a bunch. Riley and I had a picnic at Zilker Park the other day. There were so many people everywhere in huge groups drinking and hanging out. A bunch of people were swimming in Barton Creek. We are gonna buy an inflatable kayak! I cant wait.

Work is going well! We had a firm wide meeting today and we will move back into the offices some time soon. I’m kind of excited for that honestly. I think being able to chat with my coworkers in the same setting will be amazing. Something I definitely took for granted. We will have to wear masks though. So that will be interesting. My birthday is tomorrow.  I’ve been really connected with (old) Beyoncé recently LOL! Don’t know if it’s because I’m in Houston or not... but like her energy is the all time mood for me currently. Still love Houston. Officially ordering my tongue drum tomorrow. Started a YouTube channel. Making some homemade crystals for healing. Cooking.  Painting. Playing sims. Doing some yoga. Running. I feel way more inspired alone during quarterine so that’s an ultimate positive but it’s because I’m trying to fill the loneliness with something. I kind of want to sky dive again. Don’t know if that’s possible anytime soon.  XOXO guys. 😘

Hey everyone hope you're doing well, I agree with Emily it's crazy how fast this semester has gone by. just got a bunch of camping stuff for my jeep to sleep in it. I'll update with pictures when I get it all set up. Other than that Colorado has moved to safer at home (whatever that means) but it's looking like the end of May I'll probably be back in the office. I'm also looking to adopt a dog, I'm looking up here for a dog to take hiking and camping, getting a little tired of doing everything by myself. For work, I've been working on a design guideline good (which was been the long term project I started at the beginning of the internship).  don't think I can share spreads from the design guideline book, but once it's done ill be able to share and use in my portfolio, which I'm very excited about this because this a book that we've never had to create in school before and is used a lot in the community development planning. Other than
